It's finally here, the first Anhedenia Film from Director Evan Jacobs. Upon its release in 1995 it broke new ground in the hardcore/punk music communities for being one of the first feature length movies to be expressly made for that scene. Inspiring filmmakers across the country and even being remade at one point by Brimstone Productions, Walking Between the Raindrops was that rare occurence in cinema where story and time were seamlessly merged. Stanley is in love with Sarah. After spending some time together, Stanley thinks he's found the girl of his dreams. His emotions are sent into a tailspin when he finds out that she has a boyfriend. The universal question then becomes does he tell her his feelings and risk rejection? Or, does he quietly assume the role of being the best man for last? Inspired by such seminal classics as Annie Hall and The Last American Virgin, this film (which was made for less then $700) proudly recalls such first films as Martin Scorsese's Who's That Knocking At My Door and John Cassavetes' Shadows. Walking Between the Raindrops features music by Gameface, Farside, March, Ignite, Stonetelling and Swiz.
