This DVD was filmed and recorded at Club Citta in Osaka, Japan on April 3, 1991 with the Odd Balls. It was one of the last concerts that the legendary Thunders ever performed. Running through a mixture of New York Dolls songs and original solo material, Thunders proves that he still had rock n' roll running through his veins right up until his untimely demise.
